PRAYER & PRAISE & THE WORD: Good Morning to Everyone I hope you have had a wonderful wekend with your family and friends in spending time in fellowshiping with one another in sharing in the Word of God and having prayer time in lifting up one another unto the Lord and sharing one another burdens or just having a food and fellowship time and being ready to spend time in worship in the Hose of the lord and being preard for being in his anoniting on sunday morning and in the evening services. Until we can all be meeting again during the week at our church home.I would like to have my prsayer in starting this day out in before I do all things we do on a work week so We can make it during our day in being prepard as we all go out our doors to face this day and would you be so kind to join me in the prayer time. Before Starting Your Day
Gracious God, I acknowledge that You are worthy of all honor, glory
and praise. I am thankful for the victorious work of Your Son, Jesus
Christ at Calvary for me. I appropriate His victory for myself now
as I willingly surrender every area of my life to Your will.
Thank you for the forgiveness and righteousness that has been given
to me as Your adopted child. I trust in Your protection and
provision daily. I know that your love for me never ceases.
I rejoice in Your victory, my Lord, over all the principalities and
powers in the heavenlies. In faith I stand in Your victory and
commit myself to live obediently for You my King.
I desire that my fellowship with You become greater. Reveal to me
those things that grieve You and enables the enemy to secure an
advantage in my life. I need the Holy Spirit's powerful ministry in
my life; bringingconviction of sin, repentance of heart,
strengthening my faith and increasing perseverance in resisting
temptation.
Help me to die to self and walk in the victory of the new creation
You have provided for me. Let the fruits of the Spirit flow out of
my life so that You will be glorified through my life.
I know that it is Your will that I should stand firm and resist all
of the enemy's work against me. Help me to discern the attacks upon
my thoughts and emotions. Enable me to stand upon Your Word and
resist all the accusations, distortions and condemnations that are
hurled against me.
It is my desire to be transformed through the renewing of my mind,
so that I will not compromise with the ways of the world, or yield
to the enemy's attacks, but be obedient to Your will.
I draw upon those spiritual resources that You have provided me and
I attack the strongholds and plans of the enemy that have been put
in place against me. I command in the name of Jesus Christ that the
enemy must release my mind, will, emotions and body completely. They
have been yielded to the Lord and I belong to Him.
Lord, enable me to become the person You created me to be. Help me
as I pray to be strong in faith. Show me how to apply Your Word in
my life each day. I know that I wear the full armor of God when I am
committed to and stand firmly upon Your Word. I want You to have the
supreme place in my life.
I surrender myself completely to You, Lord. You are always faithful
and You extend Your grace to me constantly, even when I do not
realize it. I claim Your promise of forgiveness and cleansing in its
fullness. In faith, I receive the victory today that you have
already put in place for me. I do this in the name of Jesus Christ,
my Savior with a grateful heart. In the name and power of the Blood
of Jesus, Amen
1I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.
2Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.
3Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.
4One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.
5I will speak of the glorious honour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works.
6And men shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts: and I will declare thy greatness.
7They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness.
8The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.
9The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.
10All thy works shall praise thee, O LORD; and thy saints shall bless thee.
11They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power;
12To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom.
13Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endureth throughout all generations.
14The LORD upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down.
15The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their meat in due season.
16Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.
17The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.
18The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.
19He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.
20The LORD preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy.
21My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
David extols the power, goodness, and mercy of the Lord.
Those who, under troubles and temptations, abound in fervent prayer, shall in due season abound in grateful praise, which is the true language of holy joy. Especially we should speak of God's wondrous work of redemption, while we declare his greatness. For no deliverance of the Israelites, nor the punishment of sinners, so clearly proclaims the justice of God, as the cross of Christ exhibits it to the enlightened mind. It may be truly said of our Lord Jesus Christ, that his words are
words of goodness and grace; his works are works of goodness and grace. He is full of compassion; hence he came into the world to save sinners. When on earth, he showed his compassion both to the bodies and souls of men, by healing the one, and making wise the other. He is of great mercy, a merciful High Priest, through whom God is merciful to sinners. (Ps 145:10-21)
The glory of God's kingdom, and his care of those that love him.
All God's works show forth his praises. He satisfies the desire of every living thing, except the unreasonable children of men, who are satisfied with nothing. He does good to all the children of men; his own people in a special manner. Many children of God, who have been ready to fall into sin, to fall into despair, have tasted his goodness in preventing their falls, or recovering them speedily by his graces and comforts. And with respect to all that are heavy laden under the burden
of sin, if they come to Christ by faith, he will ease them, he will raise them. He is very ready to hear and answer the prayers of his people. He is present every where; but in a special way he is nigh to them, as he is not to others. He is in their hearts, and dwells there by faith, and they dwell in him. He is nigh to those that call upon him, to help them in all times of need. He will be nigh to them, that they may have what they ask, and find what they seek, if they call upon him in truth
and sincerity. And having taught men to love his name and holy ways, he will save them from the destruction of the wicked. May we then love his name, and walk in his ways, while we desire that all flesh should bless his holy name for ever and ever.
