God Love

GOD'S LOVE

John 3:16 &17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

John 15:12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
John 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

John 15:17 These things I command you, that ye love one another.

Rom 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

1 Th 4:9 But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another.

1 Pet 1:22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:

1 John 3:11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

1 John 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

1 John 4:11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
1 John 4:12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.

Yes, God loved you and He still does love you, just as He loves me. God's love is never ending. His love was the same yesterday, today and forever.

1 John 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

1 John 4:5 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him and he in God.

1 John 4:16-18 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love 1 John 4:19 We love Him, because He first loved us.

The Word tells us that God dwells in us, so that means that His love is in us also; because God is love. You cannot separate the two.

That shows me that because His love is in me, that I cannot hate anyone. I will verify this statement through God's Word.

1 John 4:20&21 If a man say , I love God and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God that he hath not seen? And this commandment have we from Him, that he who loveth God loveth his brother also.

The scripture is not just talking about our natural brother, it is speaking about our brothers and sisters in Christ. This means all races. God said that all His Word is true.
If we do not love our brothers and sisters in Christ ( of all races), the Word says that the love of God is not in you. That is a powerful statement, but the Word says it. We cannot just agree with some of God's Word. If we do not agree we are commanded to do it anyway, because we are God's Children. All His Word is true.

1 John 5:1 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ, is born of God: And everyone that loveth Him that begat loveth Him also that is begotten of Him.

1 John 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep His commandments..

Here are some guidelines that Jesus gave us about love

Matthew 5:43&44 we have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them that despitefully use you, and persecute you:

Matthew 22:37-39 Jesus said unto him, thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.

As you read the above scripture you will see that loving one another is a commandment. If you say you love God, and do not love one another, you are not obeying that commandment. God loves family. He created us to be family, but His heart weeps when He sees His children not walking in love toward one another. He also says in the Word that if you cannot love your brothers and sisters that you see, how can you love Him that you do not see.

You might say, I tell my brothers and sisters in Christ that I love them, but love is not just words it is an action.

John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, if a man love me, he will keep my Words: And My father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

John 15:10-14 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept My Father's commandments, and abide in His love. These things I have spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. This is My commandment, that ye love one another as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

In verse 13,remember that no one took Jesus' life, He laid it down for you and I, because He loved us so much and He loved the Father and wanted to be obedient, even to the cross.

I believe that verse 13 applies to us, but not by the same death. The death that we should die is dying to self when others are in need. Put their need ahead of ours. An Example) if a young lady came to you and had small children with her and said they were hungry, but you only had food for dinner that night and that was all. What would you do? Would you lay your life down and give them your last meal in the house or cupboards?

There are many scriptures in the Bible that speaks of the promises of God when we love Him and love others. The Bible is true and if we do as the Word says, we can live a wonderfully blessed life.

Psalm 91:14-16 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation.

The same way our natural father disciplines us, our heavenly Father does also. He wants the best for us in every area of our life, just as our natural father does. Sometimes if we seem to be getting off track and going in the wrong direction, we need to be corrected. God does that because He loves us so much. Even if we have taken the wrong direction, God loves us unconditionally and forgives us. He puts us in the right direction, if we listen to Him. He will never force anything on you, He gives you a choice. There is no other love greater than God's love. Even our natural father cannot love us in the way God does. Even if we make the wrong choice, he does not condemn us, or stop caring about us. He waits patiently on us to turn around. He waits with His arms open.

In my life, I have made many mistakes as I served the world and not God. Even though I was saved, I had not committed to making Jesus the Lord of my life. But I was never forsaken by Jesus, because He loved me too much. He always knew I would come around. He knew my heart, and that I loved Him. He had faith in me, knowing that I would serve Him and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ until the end. He never gave up on me and He will never give up on you. What an awesome God He is. I love Him so. He is my life.

Proverbs 3:12 For whom the Lord loveth He correcteth; even as a father does the son in whom he delighted.

Isaiah 54:10 Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed," says the Lord, who has compassion for you.

Romans 12:9&10 Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves.

Romans 13:9&10 The commandments," Do not commit adultery," Do not murder," "Do not covet," and whatever other commandment there may be, are summed up in this one rule. "Love your neighbor as yourself." Love does no harm to it's neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

Faith, Hope and Love (charity) but the greatest of these is Love.

1 Corinthians Chapter 13 speaks of the importance of love and describes agape love. As you read these scriptures, search your heart. Meditate on these scriptures until they are in your spirit.

Though I speak with the tongues of men and angels, and have not charity (love), I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity (love), I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity (love) it profiteth me nothing. Charity (love) suffereth long, and is kind; charity (love) envieth not; charity (love) vaunteth (boast) not itself, is not puffed up. Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity (love) never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. And now abideth faith, hope and charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity (love).

In the above scriptures, you can see that everything will either cease or vanish. One of the most important things is that Love never fails and it certainly will not vanish. Praise God and to Him be the glory.

The Godhead has loved us beyond measuring since before the creation. We were created to become the loving family of God.
Jesus died to enable us to be received into the beloved. The greatest and most unfair and unjust action possible is to reject,
ignore or just not have time for loving and fellowshipping in and with the Father, our creator, Jesus the son our redeemer and
the Holy Spirit, our helper and comforter.( John 14:23 KJV), Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my father will love him and we will come unto him, and make our abode.
Jesus says, "If a person loves me he will consistently obey me."

Explosive Prayers

Explosive Prayers:

Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
Mark 11:24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
Mark 11:25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
Mark 11:26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

Luke 11:2 And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.Luke11:3 Give us this day our daily bread.
Luke 11:4 And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.

Power Of Prayer - Never Doubt it :

Pray Without Ceasing!

We are told by the Lord in 1 Thess 5:17 to pray without ceasing. God wants us to pray continually. How can one do this? Don’t we have to work and multitask throughout the day? Yes, of course we do. But when we understand the definition of the word “pray” then we will understand what the Lord is telling us to do.

To pray means much more that what we have been told. When you search the Strong’s Dictionary and Concordance you will find a deeper understanding of this powerful word. One of the aspects of this word is to “set in motion” and to “maintain the momentum” of what you have set in motion. This deepens the meaning of the imperative to “pray without ceasing”.

This is something we can do. We see prayer is applied through the words we speak. Our words are productive setting things in motion and maintaining the momentum of what we have set in motion.

We know that God created man in His very own image and after His likeness. We are in the God class. When God brought light to the world the Bible accounts that: …God said, ‘let there be light’ (or ‘light be!’), and there was light”. Light came into existence at that moment. In fact light is still “being” in that the universe is still expanding at the speed of light (186,000 miles per second). God’s spoken Word produces what He speaks. We are created in His image and after His likeness; therefore our words have the same effect. "So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." (Isaiah 55:11)

The words we pray are very important and must be carefully chosen. Jesus said out of the abundance of the heart (the heart, i.e. (fig.) the thoughts or feelings (mind)), the mouth speaks. That is why Romans 12:2 tells us to renew our minds (to the Word of God.) We are told this so that we can prove what is that good, acceptable, and perfect will of God. Praying the Will of God is also our responsibility and is to be our direction and goal for prayer.

We intercessors know that praying or setting in motion God’s will is what we are to do. But many times when we are not sure what the will of God is and we adlib and pray something frilly or general to cover the situation. That’s where we pray something less than God’s Will. When we pray something less than God’s will we are relying on something other than our re-born spirit to bring to mind what to say in our prayer.

The Bible says that we are a spirit, we have a soul (mind, will, and emotions) and we live in a body. Paul said in 1 Thess. 5:23 “…sanctify you wholly; and your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless….” The whole person is spirit, soul and body. When we are born-again the spirit man is regenerated and passes from death to life and is now possessed by the Holy Spirit of God. It is from the spirit that we relate to God and receive from Him for our minds still have to be renewed and our bodies are still just our bodies. It is from our spirit that we are to receive wisdom, knowledge and Revelation from the Lord concerning how or what to pray. It is in this realm where many make the fatal mistake of allowing the mind to generate the words to pray. If we refuse to utter a word until we have heard from the Lord (through our spirit), we will then avoid the error of praying our will or our thoughts in a given situation.

Here are some examples of the misuse of prayer:

Soulish prayers: Prayers that are generated from our mind will or emotions. Soul prayers enlist our soul in an attempt to pressure the spirit and mind of another person to come around to or move toward our desired way of thinking. We are attempting to play god and force our will on the other person. It is a form of manipulation, control and witchcraft. Soulish prayers are particularly destructive when the parties are “open” to one another.

Physic prayers: Praying with a wrong motivation to pressure others to act, think or feel a certain way. Psychic prayers attempt to influence the Lord to cause someone to move in a certain direction. Whether or not the direction desired is God’s will for the person makes no difference. This is a disguised form of witchcraft and often Jezebel in nature; it is manipulation and is dangerous.

Here is a classic example:

“A man may desire to gain the affections of a young lady. Because his desire for her is so earnest, he becomes convinced that it is God’s will for a close relationship with this lady. Even though he takes his request to God, it is possible that his mind is made up, so his prayer becomes more of a pressing confirmation, than seeking God’s will.”

“Deceiving spirits can arrange circumstances to be the desired confirmation. He probably really believes that he heard from the Lord. Then he starts praying “ for her eyes to be opened” to see the same revelation concerning him. Mentally he has put a chain on her spirit and is attempting to place her in a form of spiritual bondage to himself, even if she is unaware of this.”

“She will start thinking about the man and wonder why, because there is no apparent reason for her to think of him. She has no particular drawing toward him. The spirit of lust driving this process can be transmitted through physic prayers. If she does not discern this, she may be pressured into a relationship by the force of these physic prayers.”

Are you beginning to see how many have erred in intercession? Jesus said, “…not My will but Thy will….” And “Our Father which art in heaven… Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done….” Jesus prayed this way to give us an example of HOW TO PRAY. Jesus also said that He does not say anything unless He hears the Father say it and He does not do anything unless He sees the Father do it. He was fully submitted to the very thing we are referring to here: the Will of the Father.

John 8:28 Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.
John 5:19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.

For several years, a small group of believers came together weekly to “hear from the Lord” and to “set in motion” (pray) whatever He had on His heart. Each time we met, we consistently “waited” on Him to Reveal to us what to pray. After all was said and done, we “let it alone”; literally committing it to Him for usually, what was set in motion was a larger thing than we could figure out how to do anyway. Without exception, every single thing we set in motion came to pass exactly as it was spoken.

One notable time, the Lord called us to gather for prayer. This time there were only 3 of us that could make it to this prayer-session. We started out in our usual way; thanksgiving, praising and waiting on Him. Only this time, He was not speaking. 15 minutes elapsed; still nothing. 30 minutes elapsed, then 45 minutes without a Word. Finally, at the end of almost an hour, which seemed like an eternity, without a Word, the Lord spoke. He simply said, “WELL DONE!” I asked Him what He meant as we had not set one Word or word in motion. He told us that He didn’t give us anything to set in motion but, rather, wanted us to realize, understand and have confidence in the fact that we do hear His voice. He wanted us to know that we were in His Will in that we would not compromise hearing only from Him to save our face. It is nothing other than pride entering in that would motivate us to pray our word rather than sit and have nothing to pray.

Here is a sobering truth that the Lord revealed as preparation was made to teach this information to a group of believers. Jesus said that one put a thousand to flight and two ten thousand. What is being “put to flight? Angels who do God’s bidding and hearken to the voice of the Lord. When we pray God’s will, speaking His Word, angels are dispatched to accomplish His Word and Will. Praying the Word does not mean finding a scripture verse that fits the situation and to manipulate the person or situation. However, when we pray (set in motion) things that have come from our soul (mind will or emotions) we still put or set a thousand to flight - but not God’s angels. We set in motion demonic forces or demons. The Bible tells us Satan is the god of this world and is the prince of the power of the air (thoughts). When we pray anything less than God’s will we activate the forces of darkness, Satan being the head; who also comes as an angel of light. If we, even unknowingly, work with the devil, backlash and evil consequences can and most likely will come upon us.

The tragic part of this is that many times when soul prayers or psychic prayers are prayed and answered we give God credit for what the devil has done. This is one of the devil’s most insidious deceptions in that even the “very elect” of God’s people are many times lured in and deceived.

We know that the Word says that by Jesus stripes we WERE healed. That means if we were, we are; now; all we must do is receive it by faith. We are also aware that the devil came to kill, steal and destroy. Satan is the one who places a sickness or disease on a person with the goal of destruction. If he thinks he can obtain his objective by removing what he placed on a person, he will. Satan never heals but he may remove the problem. Because we have not known about psychic and soul prayers we may inadvertently rise up and say, “God healed him”

One way to tell if we have prayed amiss is to evaluate the peace, joy and confidence we have after we have prayed. 1 John 5:14-15 says, “And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask ANYTHING according to his will, he heareth us: and if we know he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we KNOW that we HAVE the petitions that we desired of him.” When we pray His will there is NO anxiety. There is confidence and the prayer is answered.

The bottom line is that we need to make sure that we are praying correctly and teaching others to do so as well. Take a minute to examine yourself. If you have prayed incorrectly repent and do what James 1 tells us, “if any man lack wisdom, let him ask of God… ask in faith, not wavering…and it shall be given him.”

I encourage you also to take this information directly to the Lord and see if these things are so. You will gain a new confidence and dynamic in your prayer life.

Whenever you are studying the Bible and it seems hard to focus on what you are reading and you want to quit. (WELL, DO NOT QUIT)
Pray this prayer: If you want to pray this for someone else, just use their name in the necessary places.

Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of Jesus Christ, the Name that is above every name. I ask You to loose every spiritual cataract from blinding the eyes of every person reading these words. Let those blinding cataracts fall off and be gone. Let spiritual vision and insight be anointed and quickened as never before.

In Jesus Name, I come against and bind every hindering thought, every doubt, every preoccupation, and every diversion in this mind and life and spirit right now. I loose upon this heart and mind the spirit of liberty and clarity and understanding of Who You are. Let Holy Ghost revelation break forth with light upon every word as it is read. Let this life be one that, in this very hour comes to see Jesus as He really is and in doing so, may every limitation of Your power in this life be completely destroyed and banished that You might be cut loose to do a work of miracles and might such as we have never witnessed and to do a new thing in each individual life and heart right now. In Jesus Name. AMEN

The devil has many people bound up with fear in their lives, but pray this next prayer and you will understand that you have victory over fear, in Jesus name.

VICTORY OVER FEAR:

Father, in Jesus' name, I confess and believe that no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and any tongue that rises against me in judgment I shall show to be in the wrong. I believe I dwell in the secret place of the Most High. I shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty God whose power no foe can withstand-this secret place hides me from the strife of tongues.

I believe the wisdom of God's Word dwells in me, and because it does, I realize that I am without fear or dread of evil. In all my ways I know and acknowledge God and His Word; thus, He directs and makes straight and plain my pathway. As I attend to God's Word, it is health to my nerves and sinews, and marrow and moistening to my bones.

I am strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in my inner self by the Holy Spirit Himself Who dwells in me. God is my strength and my refuge, and I confidently trust in Him and in His Word. I am empowered through my union with Almighty God. This gives me the superhuman, supernatural strength to walk in divine health and to live in abundance.

God Himself has said, I will never leave you without support or forsake you or let you down, my child. (I will) not, (I will) not, in any degree leave you helpless or relax My hold on you....assuredly not! ( based on Hebrews 13:5 amplified)

I take comfort and am encouraged and confidently and boldly say, " the Lord is my helper. I will not be seized with alarm. I will not fear or be terrified, for what can man do to me?"

I confess and believe that my children are disciples taught of the Lord and obedient to God's will. Great is the peace and undisturbed composure of my children--because God himself contends with that which contends with me and my children, and He gives them safety and eases them. God will perfect that which concerns me.

The Word of God that I have spoken is alive and full of power. It is active and operative. It energizes me, and it affects me. As I speak God's Word it is sharper than a two edged sword, and it is penetrating into my joints and into the marrow of my bones. It is healing to my flesh. It is prosperity for me. It is the magnificent Word of Almighty God. According to His Word that I have spoken, so be it! Hallelujah! Amen

PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT

Heavenly Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus. Your Word says," whosoever call on the name of the Lord shall be saved" (Acts 2:21). I am calling on You. I pray and ask Jesus to come into my heart and be Lord over my life according to Romans10:9&10. " If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. I do that now. I confess that Jesus is Lord and I believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead.

I am now reborn! I am a Christian--- a child of Almighty God! I am saved! You also said in Your Word, " If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: HOW MUCH MORE shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?" (Luke 11:13). I'm also asking You to fill me with the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, rise up within me as I praise God. I fully expect to speak with other tongues as You give me the utterance Acts 2:4).
Begin to praise God for filling you with the Holy Spirit. Speak those words and syllables you receive -- not in English. You have to use your own voice. God will not force you to speak.

Now you are a Spirit filled believer. Continue with the blessing God has given you and pray in tongues each day. You'll never be the same. Glory to God

TO WALK IN FORGIVENESS

Father, in the name of Jesus, I make a fresh commitment to You to live in peace and harmony, not only with the other brothers and sisters of the Body of Christ, but also with my friends, associates, neighbors and family.

I let go of all bitterness, resentment, envying, strife and unkindness in any form. I give no place to the devil in Jesus' name. Now Father, I ask your forgiveness. By faith, I receive it, having assurance that I am cleansed from all unrighteousness through Jesus Christ. I ask You to forgive and release all who have wronged and hurt me. I forgive and release them. Deal with them in Your mercy and loving-kindness.

From this moment on, I purpose to walk in love, to seek peace, to live in agreement, and to conduct myself toward others in a manner that is pleasing to You. I know that I have right standing with You and Your ears are attentive to my prayers.

It is written in Your Word, that the love of God has been shed abroad in my heart by the Holy Ghost Who is given to me. I believe that love flows forth into the lives of everyone I know, and I am filled with and abound in the fruits of righteousness which bring glory and honor unto You, Lord in Jesus' name. So be it! Amen

PLEADING THE BLOOD OF JESUS

Say this prayer in the morning before you leave your house.

Father, I come in the name of Jesus to plead His blood on my life and all that belongs to me, and on all that over which You have made me steward.

I plead the blood of Jesus on the portals of my mind, my body ( the temple of the Holy Spirit), my emotions and my will. I believe that I am protected by the blood of the Lamb that gives me access to the Holy of Holies.

I plead the blood on my children, my grandchildren, and their children, and all those whom You have given me in this life.

Lord, You have said that the life of the flesh is in the blood. Thank You for this blood that has cleansed me from sin, and sealed the New Covenant of which I am partaker. In Jesus' Name

Prayer for binding witchcraft

Father God, in the name of Jesus Christ, we bind and break all witchcraft, curses, spells, and powers - and through the Blood of the Lamb - destroy the works of every witch, warlock, wizard, sorcerer and all other powers of darkness.

Through the Blood of Jesus Christ we break all their powers - including the influences of witchcraft, evil powers, spells, hexes, vexes, voodoo, hoodoo, roots, potions or any such things - off of my family, my brothers and sisters in Christ, and all who view this site. For them also we invoke Psalm 80:18, "so we will not go back from thee: quicken us and we will call upon thy name" so that those who read this will understand, remember and apply consistently what they read.

Through the Blood of Jesus Christ we also bind up and destroy all their spirit-guides, helps, and shields of these workers of evil, and leave them without any strength - stripped of their evil power and influence.
In the name of Jesus Christ, and by the Blood of the Lamb, we now seal up their powers within themselves, so that they cannot use them on anyone, and that their works might be destroyed, in the hope that their souls might be saved for the glory of God. AMEN.

Casting Down imaginations

Father, though I live in the world, I do not wage war as the world does. The weapons I fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. I demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of you, and I take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.

In the name of Jesus, I ask you Father to bless those who have despitefully used me. Whenever I feel afraid, I trust in You. When I feel miserable, I express thanksgiving, and when I feel that life is unfair, I remember that You are more than enough. When I feel ashamed, help me to remember that I no longer have to be afraid; I do not suffer shame. I am delivered from the fear of disgrace; I am not humiliated. I relinquish the shame of my youth.

It is well with my soul for You have redeemed me. You have called me by my name. I am in Your will for my life at this time. I am being transformed through the renewing of my mind. I am able to test and approve for myself what Your will is---- Your good and acceptable and perfect will. You have good things reserved for my future. All my needs are met according to Your riches and glory. I will replace worry for my family by asking You to protect and care for them. You are love, and perfect love cast out fear. In Jesus’ name. Amen

A Prayer For Breaking Soul Ties

LET US PRAY IN FAITH, RECEIVING

Father, in the name of JESUS, I submit my soul, my desires and my emotions to your Spirit. I confess, as sin, all my promiscuous, premarital sexual relationships and all sexual relationships outside of marriage. I confess all my ungodly spirit, soul, and body ties as sin. I thank you for forgiving me and cleansing me right now!

“Father, thank you for giving me the keys of your kingdom, the keys of spiritual authority. What I bind is bound and what I loose is loosed. In Jesus name, I ask you to loose me from all souls ties to past partners and ungodly relationships. Please uproot all the tentacles of sexual bondage, of emotional longings and dependencies, and enslaving thoughts. I bind, renounce and resist any evil spirits that have reinforced those soul ties or may have been transferred to me through evil associations.

Please cleanse my soul and help me to forget all illicit unions so that I am free to give my soul totally to my mate. Father, I receive your forgiveness for all past sex sins. I believe I am totally forgiven. Thank you for remembering my sins no more. Thank you for cleansing me from all unrighteousness. I commit myself to you By your grace, please keep me holy in my spirit, soul, and body. I praise you. In Jesus name. AMEN.

"Abba Father, in Jesus' mighty name, I ask you to shut any doorways of demonic access opened into my life by ungodly soul ties or any other sort of sexual sin, and I ask you to seal those doorways forever with the Blood of the Lamb, shed on the cross of Calvary. I thank you for doing this, in Jesus' name, Amen."

Put On The Armour Of God

In Jesus Name, I put on the whole Armour of God, (love) so that I am able to stand against the wiles of the devil, for I wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. I will withstand all the evil of the day, and having done all to stand, I girt up my loins with truth and I put on the breastplate of righteousness, which is faith and love. Father Your Word, which is truth, is the entire weapon I need for warfare. My feet are shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace. In Christ Jesus, I have peace with all men, and I am a minister of reconciliation.

I take the shield of faith and I am able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. The helmet of salvation and the Sword of the Spirit (which is the Word of God) protects me through all trials, test, temptations and tribulations. The Word cuts to pieces the snare of the enemy.

The whole Armor protects me so I can always pray with all prayer and supplication in the spirit, and watch with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints; and for me, that utterance be given to me. I then open my mouth boldly and make known the mystery of the gospel.

Psalm 91 Prayer

Father, I dwell in the secret place of the most High and I abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I say of the LORD, You are my refuge and my fortress: my God; in You I trust, and You deliver me from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. I thank You that I am covered with Your feathers, and under Your wings I do trust: Your truth is my shield and buckler, and I am not afraid of the terror at night or the arrow that comes at me in the day.

I do not fear the pestilence that walks in darkness; nor the destruction that casteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at my side, and ten thousand at my right hand; but it shall not come near me. I shall see the reward of the wicked with my eyes, because I have made You Lord, my refuge and the most High, my habitation. No evil shall befall me, and neither shall any plague come near my dwelling.

I thank You Lord that You have given Your angels charge over me, to keep me in all my ways. They bear me up in their hands, lest thou dash my foot against a stone. I shall tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shall thou trample under feet.

Father, because I set my love upon You, you have delivered me and I thank You that You have set me on high, because I know Your name.

I call upon You, and You answer me: I thank You, that You are with me in trouble; and You deliver and honour me.

You have satisfied me with long life and shown me your salvation. In Jesus Name

A warfare prayer

Gracious God, I acknowledge that You are worthy of all honor, glory and praise. I am thankful for the victorious work of Your Son, Jesus Christ at Calvary for me. I appropriate His victory for myself now as I willingly surrender every area of my life to Your will.

Thank you for the forgiveness and righteousness that has been given to me as Your adopted child. I trust in Your protection and provision daily. I know that your love for me never ceases.

I rejoice in Your victory, my Lord, over all the principalities and powers in the heavenlies. In faith I stand in Your victory and commit myself to live obediently for You my King.

I desire that my fellowship with You become greater. Reveal to me those things that grieve You and enables the enemy to secure an advantage in my life. I need the Holy Spirit's powerful ministry in my life; bringing conviction of sin, repentance of heart, strengthening my faith and increasing perseverance in resisting temptation.

Help me to die to self and walk in the victory of the new creation You have provided for me. Let the fruits of the Spirit flow out of my life so that You will be glorified through my life.

I know that it is Your will that I should stand firm and resist all of the enemy's work against me. Help me to discern the attacks upon my thoughts and emotions. Enable me to stand upon Your Word and resist all the accusations, distortions and condemnations that are hurled against me.

It is my desire to be transformed through the renewing of my mind, so that I will not compromise with the ways of the world, or yield to the enemy's attacks, but be obedient to Your will.

I draw upon those spiritual resources that You have provided me and I attack the strongholds and plans of the enemy that have been put in place against me. I command in the name of Jesus Christ that the enemy must release my mind, will, emotions and body completely. They have been yielded to the Lord and I belong to Him.

Lord, enable me to become the person You created me to be. Help me as I pray to be strong in faith. Show me how to apply Your Word in my life each day. I know that I wear the full armor of God when I am committed to and stand firmly upon Your Word. I want You to have the supreme place in my life.

I surrender myself completely to You, Lord. You are always faithful and You extend Your grace to me constantly, even when I do not realize it. I claim Your promise of forgiveness and cleansing in its fullness. In faith, I receive the victory today that you have already put in place for me. I do this in the name of Jesus Christ, my Savior with a grateful heart. AMEN

Binding and Loosing

In the name of Jesus, I bind the wills of every person, known and unknown,(list yourself, family members and others by name) to the will and mind of Christ.
I bind our body, soul and spirit to the mind, emotions, purposes and will of God for our lives. I bind our minds to the mind of Christ, that the very thoughts, feelings and purposes of His heart would be within our thoughts.

I bind our feet to the paths of righteousness that their steps would be steady and sure. I bind each of us to God's timing in our lives. I bind us to the work of the cross, with all its mercy, grace, love, forgiveness and dying to self. I loose every old, wrong, ungodly pattern thinking, attitude, desire, idea, belief, motivation, habit and behavior from us. I tear down, crush, smash and destroy every stronghold associated with these things.

I loose any stronghold in our lives that been justifying and protecting hard feelings against anyone. I loose the strongholds of unforgiveness, fear and distrust from us. I loose the power and effects of deceptions and lies from us. I loose confusion and blindness of the god of this world from our mind that has kept us from seeing the light of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

I call forth every precious word of Scripture that has ever entered into our mind and heart that it would rise up in power within us. In the name of Jesus, I loose the power and effects of any harsh or hard word (word curses) spoken to, about or by us. I loose all generational bondages and associated strongholds from us. I loose all effects and bondages and associated strongholds from us that may have been caused by mistakes we have made.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I crush, smash and destroy generational bondages of any kind from mistakes made at any point between generations. I destroy them right here, right now. They will not bind and curse any more members of these families. I bind the strongman, Satan, that we may spoil his house, taking back seven-fold every material and spiritual possession he has wrongfully taken from us. I loose the enemy's influence over every part of our body, soul and spirit.

I loose, crush, smash, and destroy every evil device he may try to bring into our sphere of influence during this day. I loose all negative influences of the world from us. I crush and smash all the deceptions the enemy may try to use to confuse us. I tear apart, wreck, crash, crush and rip asunder the effects of the enemy in every area of our lives, finances, families, homes, work and business.

I bind and loose these people in Jesus' name. God has given me the keys and the authority to do so. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Declaration to the Father

Father, by faith, I declare that I let my love be genuine (a real thing), I hate what is evil and I hold fast to what is good. I love others with brotherly affection, (as members of one family) and I give precedence in showing honor to others.

I will not lack in zeal and in earnest endeavor, but I will be aglow and burning with the Spirit in serving you Lord.

Father, thank you that Your Word has taught me to rejoice in hope, to be patient in suffering, to persevere in prayer, to contribute to the needs of the saints and to extend hospitality to strangers

Father, I bless those who persecute me; I bless and do not curse them. I rejoice with those who rejoice and weep with those who weep. I live in harmony with others, and I refuse to be haughty (snobbish, high-minded, exclusive) and I give myself to humble tasks, and will never overestimate myself or be wise in my own conceits. I refuse to repay evil for evil, but I take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.

Father if it is possible, so far as it depends on you; I live at peace with everyone.

You say that I should never avenge myself, but to leave room for the wrath of God. It is written “ Vengeance is mine, I will repay says the Lord”, and I know your Word does not lie, So Father I trust you and believe your Word. I consider it done.

If my enemies are hungry, I will feed them, if they are thirsty, I will give them something to drink, for by doing this you will heap coals on their head.

I am not overcome by evil, but I overcome evil with good.

Scripture reference : Romans 12: 9-21 New Revised Standard and Amplified

Word that God speaks is alive and full of power-making it active, operative, energizing and effective; it is sharper than any two edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and {the immortal} spirit, and of joints and marrow {that is, of the deepest parts of our nature} exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart. Hebrews 4:12 Amplified Bible .

Do we need an altar in the church today?

Altar:

Do we need an altar today in the church?

What should the modern church look like? 150 years of ministry, so now what?

Do we need an altar today? In history the altar was a place of blood sacrifice for sins. The patriarchs of the Old Testament regularly offered the blood of animals as payment for their sins. In the temple and in the tabernacle people came to offer sacrifices to God on the brazen altar. Inside the holy place of the tabernacle was an altar of incense, which represented the offering of prayers unto God. But, what about today? Do we still need an altar? The cross is our place of blood sacrifice for our sins. Since the sin debt has been paid, do we need to continue to have an altar in a church? The place in the front of the Baptist Church where people come to pray is called the altar. It is a place of sacrifice. Here people come to give themselves to God. Also, in front of the church is a table. We call it the communion table. On the first Sunday of every month we use the table to hold the elements of the Lord’s Supper. The bread represents the broken body of our Lord and the fruit of the vine or juice represents the blood of our Lord that is our blood sacrifice. During the rest of the worship services this table holds the candles, the offering plates, and the Bible. All of these have significant meaning in our worship and in our sacrifice. I believe there is a place in the church for the altar. Do you remember what the apostle Paul said in Romans 12 concerning our worship and sacrifice?

Romans 12:1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God--this is your spiritual act of worship. 2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will.

There is a need for an altar of prayer in today’s church. This is an altar of living sacrifice. The communion table in most modern churches represents this. Paul said that we needed to present ourselves as a living sacrifice. The dead sacrifice has already been offered once and for all. This is the sacrifice of the perfect Lamb of God. Jesus is our blood sacrifice. In view of this Paul says that we need to offer ourselves as a living sacrifice to God. So then we should die to self and say yes to God. Become alive to God’s Spirit. We present ourselves to Him and receive His gifts to us. On the communion table we have the offering plates representing our physical gifts to God. We voluntarily come because we believe. We believe because we have heard the truth, so then on the table we have the Bible which is the Word of God. We give because of His Mercies. We give sacrificially which is a costly gift. In a world where people are constantly demanding their rights, the believer shines as those who give up their rights for the rights of others. We live with the Lord and shine the light in the dark, so that others may see the Lord. To represent the light we have the candles on the table. This is a living sacrifice.

There is also a need for an altar of service. We should become living servants.

We give our body as his temple and our heart as the altar. We give our mind, which is being renewed and transformed into his image. Our transformation continues daily as we continue to invite God in and continue to grow in him. Our service to Him is a service to others. This is our reasonable service. Think about it. Is this reasonable to you? Is it reasonable that God would die for you on a cross? Is it reasonable that you would give yourself for Him? As living servants we give God our cares and problems. He wants them and He wants you to give yourself in His service. In this altar of service we care about others so we make intercession for friends and family. In this way the altar of service means that you bring yourself in service to God. Would you present yourself to God in living sacrifice and service? This is what being a Christian is all about. Do we need an altar today? In History the altar was a pace of blood sacrifice for sins. The cross is our place of blood sacrifice for the sins of the people. The sin debt has been paid. So then today do we need to continue to come to an altar in a church? This represents our love for the Lord and our desire to give ourselves to Him in service to others.

    7. Bring yourself in Service to God

Invitation: Would you present yourself to God?

Would you give yourself in Service? Would you make intercession for others?

The dictionary speaks of intercession as “the act of interceding, meditation, pleading, or Prayer on behalf of another.” Intercession is prayer offered for others as directed by the Holy Spirit.

Rom 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Rom 8:27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

An intercessor stands in the gap, as the word of God says, someone who will “ stand in the gap” " Ezekiel 22:30)

God is searching for those who will be intercessors, for those who can actually change the news to the glory of God, change life’s situations, circumstances and people through their fervent, upright prayers. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:16

God has given us the authority through Jesus (the anointed one) and his anointing to change circumstances and the devils work through intercession. When you enter into the Holy of Holies and fellowship with the Father, The Holy Spirit leads you and shows you what needs to be done in prayer, be obedient. When you are obedient, dynamic and powerful things happen in the spiritual realm. You can destroy the devils work

Whenever the Holy Spirit brings something to your spirit to pray, be sure to speak it out .

As you enter into His presence, start worshipping and praising Him, and then ask the Holy Spirit to show you what is on the Fathers heart to pray. Wait upon Him to guide you in what to pray. Whenever we pray what is on the Father's heart we know that it will move mountains. The Word says that HIS Word will not return unto Him void. Intercession is different than just praying. There are different types of prayers and some of them are listed on this page. We are trying to get you to go directly to the throne room and wait on the Father. If you are a part of a group of intercessors and only one person is praying and leading, be cautious. The Holy Spirit will show the whole group. You will be on one accord, one heart, one mind and the purpose is to pray effectively. If the Body Of Christ would get the understanding of what intercession really is, the devil would tremble. The Father longs for true intercessors who are after His heart and not their own agenda.

The Holy Spirit may bring an individuals name to someone in the group to pray for or He may tell you to pray for a certain nation that may be having trouble. These are just examples. The main thing is to let the Holy Spirit show you. When we try to pray without His directions, we are praying less than His will. It is usually our desires or religious ideas. God knows all things, He is Omniscient, so He knows what needs to be set in motion through prayer. Be obedient.

Sometimes the Holy Spirit will wake you up at night to pray. Be obedient. You may be saving a life in another country. There is no distance in prayer in the spirit, which is where prayer works.

Whenever I first started interceding and waiting on the Father, sometimes I would get just one word, but to my mind it did not make sense, but the Holy Spirit would not let me go any further, until I spoke out what he shared, and thank God I did, because if I had not we would not have received the whole picture ( blueprint ) of what God had wanted to share. He had to train me how to do this, but the Word says that He teaches us all things.

A lot of the things He had us pray and set in motion have come to past, and I believe the rest will also, because it was His will that we prayed and not ours.

Here are some scriptures to meditate on

Heb 7:25 wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

Rom 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Eph 5:18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Prov 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Prov 28:26 He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.

Isa 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.

Micah 7:7 Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.

Psa 81:11 But my people would not hearken to my voice; and Israel would none of me. Psa 81:12 So I gave them up unto their own hearts' lust: and they walked in their own counsels. Psa 81:13 Oh that my people had hearkened unto me, and Israel had walked in my ways!

John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

Psa 32:8 I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.

Psa 119:105 . Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Rom 11:36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

Father, I pray that all those that read this teaching on Intercession will get the divine revelation of interceding and I pray that the spirit of intercession come upon them and they allow the Holy Spirit to lead them in what to pray for the people.

I pray that their hearts will burn with desire to pray for The Body Of Christ to be in perfect unity, with one mind and on one accord.
I pray that they will get the understanding of how prayer changes things and that before they pray that they will get set free of all unforgiveness and that they will get the desire to walk in your Love, the agape love and that they will receive the complete understanding of who they are in you.

I pray that they receive the understanding that we are new creatures in Christ and that old things have passed away and all things have become new. 2 COR:5:17. Father, I know that I pray prayers of faith, believing that I receive what I pray for, so I consider this prayer answered in the name of JESUS.

We are all one body, The Body Of Christ, but many members, so pray these prayers for the Body. We may not see these things with our natural eyes, but we have to see it through the eyes of faith. We call those things that be not as though they are. Faith is Now!!!

Scripture Reference: Ephesians 4:13-16

Father, we thank You that the Body Of Christ has come to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, and we are not children tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; we speak the truth in love, and have grown up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ, from whom the whole body is fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. We give you all the glory, Father. In Jesus Name!!

In Jesus Name!! Amen

Different types of prayer has been added on 10-07-02

1 Tim 2:1-3 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

Types of Prayer

Prayer Of Commitment

Psa 37:5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

We must first commit our lives to the Lord. When we do that we are casting our cares up to Him. 1 Pet 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

Say this prayer

I am praying right now Father and believing that You have strengthened and enabled me to do what You have called me to do, so I cast this situation on you God. Whatever evil, wicked and perverted thing that the devil is trying to tell me that is going to happen is Your problem Father and not mine, because I am going to do what You have told me to do and leave the rest to You.

Prayer of consecration or dedication

Rom 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

When we give something to God in prayer that is a prayer of consecration or dedication. In essence we are saying I give you all my money, my time and my mind or whatever He is telling us to give. When we give, dedicate, and consecrate to the Lord our bodies, and all our members, for His use, we are giving our reasonable service and worship.

Prayer of Praise and Worship

Heb 13:15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

Praise is remembering His goodness and His faithfulness. It is telling Him of all the good things He has done for you.

Worship is adoring Him, ministering to Him and spending time to be intimate with Him. It is recognizing Him for who He is and what He is. When we worship Him we enter into His glory and come to a place that we only are thinking of Him. We are not after what is in His hand; we are there to glorify Him.

We are to be thankful to God always, continually acknowledging Him, confessing and glorifying His name in praise and worship

My prayers to you

Phil 1:9-11 And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; that ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.

I pray that the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

Father, I thank You that because of Jesus we are living and walking in the light as he (Jesus) is in the Light. We have true unbroken fellowship with one another and the blood of Jesus Christ, God's Son cleanses (removes) us from all sin and guilt, and keeps us cleansed from sin in all it's forms and manifestations. 1 John 1:7

Psalm 136:3 O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever.

Peaceful Sleep

When I lie down to sleep, I am not afraid, and I have a sweet and peaceful sleep. Father, I revere and worship You with awe and thank you that the angels encamp around me as I sleep. I bring every thought, and every dream captive into the obedience of Christ, the anointed one. No weapon formed against me as I sleep shall prosper, and Father you have given the angels charge over me to keep me in all my ways. Thank you Father that as I sleep the Holy Spirit is ministering to my inner man. I truly rejoice knowing that even as I am sleeping, You are working on my behalf, because You love me.

The Father has many things to say to His Children in regards to the things happening on the earth today, so we must always be ready to hear Him. Do not just pray prayers from our own will. Take time and get with the Father and ask Him what to pray. He will tell you. The Word says that the Holy Spirit shows us things to come, and many things are coming, so get quiet and listen. The Word says that His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
